Payment and Estimate Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Invoices are issued with our CIF and service details. Payment terms depend on the type of service you book. For a standard initial consultation, we will confirm the fee and payment method in your booking confirmation email, and payment is due before the appointment unless we agree otherwise in writing. For ongoing bookkeeping, tax filing support, or advisory packages, we may agree a fixed monthly fee or a fee per deliverable, and we will send a clear invoice before the work begins or at the agreed milestone. We accept payment by bank transfer to the account details shown on the invoice, and we do not store card details on this website. If you need a different payment arrangement, please contact us before the service date so we can confirm whether it is possible. Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work until the outstanding amount is settled, but we will always notify you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to pay. All fees are stated in euros and include any applicable taxes unless the invoice says otherwise. We do not offer refunds for completed advisory sessions, but if we have not yet started the booked work, you may be entitled to a cancellation refund as described in the cancellation terms below.
